Complete medical negligence
The amount if medical negligence is have suffered at the hands of this surgery is unreal. From a severe spinel injury to prescriptions, medications, mental health and rude receptionists that refuse you a call back from a doctor! You do not matter here and if you suffer with mental health this is not a place to have to be dealing with. From old fashioned prescribers that decide to take you off vital medication that just helps you survive to not getting your medication atall. They make you feel li ... ke your not worth the time or have no value to have an opinion on your own care. They leave you to deteriate and do the bare minimum to help or support. I have had many GP surgery's and this is by far the worst I have EVER come across. Im glad to now be with another surgery and actually have a voice thats listened too. I hope no1 has to deal with everything iv had to go through with them it became unbearable. I will say that the nurses there are lovely so thankyou to the nurse who finally got things moving for me and away from the surgery!

We take concerns about prescribing and access to medication extremely seriously. Safe prescribing is a core responsibility of our clinical team, and decisions to start, stop, or adjust medication are always made with careful consideration of clinical guidelines, patient safety, and individual circumstances. However, we recognise that any changes to long-term or essential medication can feel unsettling, particularly if they are not clearly explained or agreed upon. To enable us to continue prescribing safely we have to ensure patients comply with the monitoring requirements which ensures these medications are not causing harm. Unfortunately if patients do not comply with, nor attend these appointments it is not safe to continue prescribing them.

Good doctors and seen quickly
Good doctors, when I ask they help. Good at referrals and blood tests, and when you call they get you in pretty quickly.

They do what is required
They do what ever is required of them and anticipate what I may need.
I feel very well treated by the staff. I can't think of anything that they could improve on.

They are nice to me
All the staff are very nice to me. I can get an appointment when I need one. I have already been 3 times over the last month and they have already made the next one for me. Sarah is very good and always friendly and nice.

Staff are all good
The staff are all good, sometimes it's like the message doesn't get passed on from reception to the doctors though.
I saw a Dr last week and he sorted two problems out for me that I have been trying to get sorted with the hospital and it has been dragging on for months, but now in under a week it is sorted.
I do feel there is too many patients for the size of the surgery though, could not get on the car park again today, but that is due to the amount of new houses that have been build.

Always had a good experience here
When I ring, they are always polite, I get a good reply and they are nice. If I need to see a doctor they book me in with one, but if not then I get to see a nurse.
I have always had a good experience here and can't think of anything they could do to make it better.

The nurse I saw was as good as gold. Text messages and the app are good and have all been up to date. So far all good.

No complaints at all
No complaints at all, every time I've been here I've been looked after a treat. The 8 o'clock call can be a pain as you can't book at reception, but that's the only frustration. Apart from that they're brilliant.
