Annie truly is an angel, I came in with a foot/inflammation concern to which she listened with empathy and talked through potentially what was going on, I added a few more ailments which I felt were connected and her responses were clear and easily understandable, she is a NHS angel and she must be kept at all costs.
The way she calmed my concerns was just wonderful, when going in I was nervous but left totally calm and at ease.

Annie really makes coming to the GP to discuss my problems and solutions easy. She is an excellent example of how our health professionals should conduct themselves.

I have been seeing Annie Glover for sometime for my HRT care. Her knowledge, experience, compassion, and all round excellence has made a very tough transition calmer, kinder, and simply more doable. I saw Annie about a heart problem, she was very thorough, took time and made me feel at ease. She put me on the pathway for x-rays and scans and even rang me for reassurance. She is a real treasure for the Practice.

The lady I see for my appointment listened to my concerns, was extremely thorough, didn’t rush me out of the door and was clearly born to do the job she does. Very caring, very easy to talk to and never made me feel like I was wasting time which is something I always worry about even though I don’t go to the drs often.

I can get an appointment. I go on my own. I find it difficult currently to open my medication. I preferred the old style.

It can be hit and miss here, I needed a med review and I got muddled and filled in the wrong form, but the next day they phoned and talked me through it. But I really struggle sometimes to get an appointment.

Annie Glover really took the time and care to listen and ensure I receive the right treatment. She supported me throughout my illness and recovery with kindness. A huge thank you to you, Annie.
