You go in and get sorted, there's no fuss. They're always very good and friendly. Sometimes appointments can be late but that's like most places now.

So pleased, been coming since it opened. We had expert care and I wouldn't get better if I went private. Really caring, the dentist is brilliant. They make you feel special and not just like a number.

They are very good. Professional, straightforward and they get on with the job. It's all painless and everything works.

My wife and I have been with the same dentist for 28 years and the service has always been good. Recently we have been seen by a trainee dentist, meaning that we get the most up-to-date treatments.

I had my check-up cancelled during Covid and then an email to say my dentist had left. After that I was emailed to say I'd been struck off as I hadn't had an appointment! I can't afford to go private so now I just have no dentist.

I managed to access a dentist recently as they had taken on somebody new. However, before that I had a dental emergency and the practice advised me to call daily but I couldn't ever get an appointment and I felt I had no choice but to go private where the treatment quality was better too.

There's an unfair fee structure for NHS dentists, they should receive the same as private. I think services should be nationalised, and that you should be able to get treatments from any practice in the regio ... n to ease waiting lists.

Overall the practice has a bad system for accessing appointments but they're doing the best they can in very, very difficult circumstances.

I visited Maria in the Happy Smiles Club to see if she could help my son get used to the dentist. He has ASD and is non verbal and amazingly she could sign Makaton! She also gave me some really good visuals and we have a plan to work on his confidence moving forward.

He even sat on the chair and let her look in his mouth. Thank you for being so patient and amazing with him.

I've been a patient here for 20byears and always had good treatment however they are not doing well post covid. My regular 18 month check up was due in December 2020.

As of April 2022 the practice had only caught up to June 2020 so clearly an appointment is not imminent. Meanwhile I have now lost 2 fillings.

I April I got an 'emergency' appointment for a temporary filling in mid June. Luckily I am not in pain but my teeth are clearly deteriorating without attention.

I appreciate that the p ... ractice is doing its best and this seems to be a national problem. Both my adult children, who I carefully took to all their appointments throughout childhood, are unable to get a private or NHS dentist in their new locations.

Government desperately needs to take action to address this dentistry crisis

I phoned with toothache and got in the same day. Great service and I would recommend them to others

I was able to get an emergency extraction during the pandemic. Unfortunately when I got to the practice I had to walk upstairs which was difficult for me since I'd been suffering with vertigo due to the infection in my tooth.

They were very good once I'd got there. I'm just desperate to be able to go back to an NHS dentist.

Everything they did at this dentist was superb though.
