My husband had a heart attack (outside of Norwich) and the ambulance got him to the hospital in less than 15 minutes.

My mother became unwell and kept falling, and also had times where she wasn't breathing. We had to have the ambulance out four times and they got here within 30 minutes even though we live very rural. They gave her excellent care. They had this wonderful inflatable thing to get my mum back up off the floor.

I collapsed at home and my wife rang at 9pm, by 11pm I was in A&E. You can't fault them.

They were wonderful, caring, thorough, informative to both myself and friends. Very much appreciated and valued. Thank you

I went for a doctors appointment and they said I need to get an ambulance to the hospital and rang one for me. It was a 40 minute wait but I knew it was not an emergency and as I was at the doctors I would not be high priority.

When it arrived the staff were very good and they looked after me till they handed me over at the hospital.

I broke my leg and had to wait two and a half hours for an ambulance.

The ambulance service have been very good - they've not been as long as they said.

My girlfriend called an ambulance as she'd found me collapsed, I was in a lot of pain. The paramedic told me I'd be fine at home with paracetamol which I knew wasn't right, but she did let me decide. I asked to go to A&E and ended up being admitted for a week.

My husband was having a stroke and when I phoned 999 they said it would be 2 hours. All the TV ads say time is so important but it was still a two hour wait, I ended up just driving in myself which was terrifying.

I had a fall. I couldn't praise the ambulance crew enough. I didn't have to wait long. A&E (NNUH) was fine. They looked after me. They even gave me a sandwich!
