I was there a few months ago as I was in and out with my wife at the end of her life. They are an incredible bunch, what they do is unbelievable. They let me stay from 8am until 11pm most days and had a bed for me if I wanted to stay, and even fed me when I wasn't looking after myself. I've got no complaints. They are wonderful people and they do an amazing job.
... probably psoriasis so why aren't the hospital able to diagnose that with all the tests they've done?
The main issue is the lack of gluten free food. I was left for 3 days without food. I was told that the kitchen was shut but they were serving patients around me. I had to get a friend to bring me food.
The nurse and receptionist were both lovely. It was easy to get here as I've been already
It was all very good, they explained everything to me well and it was all on time.
Everything has been fine, they have been very helpful, I've got no problems. I've never had to wait to long for appointments.
Lovely experience, the staff were helpful and kind. I was seen to on time, really good. No complaints at all.
I was dropped off at the main entrance and I walked round. All fine in the appointment but signage from the clinic to the X ray department is not good. The clinic sends you to X ray but there is no signage on the building that you are sent to that indicates it is where you have an X ray. We saw some other people having a problem with this too.
I was waiting for 55 minutes, the walk was a bit long but the signage was good. The appointment and staff were fine.
The appointment was quick and the signage to the building was clear. I have a blue badge and I found the labelling of the spaces poor. Outside the department the drop off sign on the ground runs over the blue badge spaces which makes it unclear. It's also a bit irritating that you need to get the blue badge validated at the main reception. Could this not be done here?
